This room was great for us. Very comfortable, though a little difficult to find as we landed at terminal 3. Comfortable beds. Easy check in & check out.

We had a 20 hour layover and were able to get to the hotel, go downstairs and hop on the tube, do little sightseeing, go back to the room and sleep, and be at our gate in plenty of time for a flight the next day!

Convenient hotel attached to Terminal 2 at Heathrow. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. Note that there is another Hilton Garden Inn in the area so doublecheck the address if taking Uber. We had to pay for a 2nd Uber because we were dropped at the wrong one that was about 10 minutes from the right hotel.

So convenient to T2 and T3, I flew into one and out of the other and it was an easy walk with mu luggage on a cart. It was a bit expensive, but then add the convenience of not getting a bus/coach/taxi to a near by, cheaper hotel and what you save on time and effort... overall worth it

This hotel is conveniently located near Terminals 2 and 3, ideal for an early Heathrow departure. The property was clean, comfortable and boasted decent onsite dining. We did not access the 14th floor bar. I worried the planes might keep me from sleeping but delighted to find the window was soundproof. I would stay again and recommend it.

Our driver took us to the wrong Hilton garden Inn (there are 4 of them). We had to pay $30 for a 4 minute drive. The restaurant was awful and service terrible. Front desk staff had attitude.
