This is a very busy hostel . The vibe is really friendly and fun. The rooms are very modern but a bit small. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are great . The self check in is a little bit confusing at first but there are staff to help.

The tap in the room was leaky, didnt drain and the cold water didnt work well. Loud groups gathered in the halls(4th floor) late at night (11:30pm). Multiple showers couldn't be locked.

Absolutely love generator. The only place i'm staying when i'm in London. It'll always be my favourite. Perfect location, great staff, comfy beds. Wish it was more privacy curtains in the bunks but other than that great.

The staff seems to be untrained and surely is unwilling to help, specifically at the front reception. As with dorms you pay what you get for, but Generator London is clearly not worth it. Shared bedrooms show no separations or curtains to ensure privacy, shared bathrooms are run down and failing apart, and everything is for sale: a towel, a cable to charge your phone...etc. Finally the breakfast is not great either.

They have no accessibility support for people, the women's bathroom are very thigh on both toilet area and shower, no hangers for stuff inside the washrooms. no space for hanging clothes or towels. the washrooms should have a layout like a gym with benches and space to hang things while you are using. Food, staff was good, cleanliness also good, good area/location

The location of this place is perfect, close to the metro station and by walk to covent garden, Leicester square and so on! The structure is so cool and well organized, the self check in is so easy, fast and comfortable The room also were really nice! It was my 3rd time in London and thanks to this place I loved it more
