It is hard to find a hotel room with more than 1 bed so this was perfect for our family. Having a 2 bed 2 bath apartment was lux and made our lives so much easier.

Fantastic apartment, great location. Only thing I didn’t like was that the check- in guy asked for my credit card and ID and disappeared for several minutes with them before returning them to me, which makes me worry about card fraud so I should have been advised of this beforehand

This is a lovely place to stay in London, in a peaceful area where it’s easy to get around. It was perfect for our family to have the massive secret garden available. Staff were friendly, helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Very much a home from home and we will almost certainly return again. Thanks!

Best family hotel and location in London
This hotel was one of the best places we’ve stayed in London. Spacious, clean , perfectly appointed with access to our own “secret garden” the location was perfection - close to everything and little Venice is a gem in London for families and couples alike..

Place overall was very good. Lovely staff and professionally cleaned every day. Apartments are roomy in size and in a great location. Only downside was that the hotwater didn't last lomg enough for a family of four and the web site gave the impression the room we booked was on the ground floor opening onto the garden and we ended up on the 3rd floor. Other than that, very nice and we'd stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Flat in an excellent location
We had a wonderful stay at Europa House! The location is ideal for a London visit: Warwick Ave Tube stop is a 2 minute walk. The local shops (Grocer, Butcher, Cafes, Pharmacy,etc) are just a minute away. You can walk over to Regents Canal in 2 minutes. The flat itself was very spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We were easily able to make meals there. We appreciated the little touches that included some fresh milk for coffee and tea, full size toiletries, easy wifi access, dish soap etc. The gardens out back are a beautiful to look at from the flat and also to walk around in. My family will be back and will likely not want to stay anywhere else in London now that we have been here.

Wonderful apartment.
I wish I could say that these apartments were not very nice so they would always be available to me,but I can't.Wonderful apartment,spotlessly clean and very friendly staff .In an area of London that I don't know very well but was pleasantly surprised.All in all an excellent weekend,and I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough.

Europa House Apartments.
A brilliant apartment, clean and very large rooms, the surrounding area is quiet and clean, only a couple of minutes walk to Maida Vale tube station. We would recommend these apartments wholeheartedly.

Great boutique hotel option in an lovely area.
We lived in Little Venice for a number of years - loved going back to the area. Its a great option if you want to base yourself away from tourist hot spots - local pubs and restaurants are exactly that - local, and you are still very close to Central London. Staff were great, very polite and helpful. Communal garden is amazing. We stayed in 1 bed apartment - perfect for couple.

Avoid no. 1 apartment - noisy at odd hours...
Apartment no. 1 is right next to the property office and a common toilet so quite noisy. And it doesn't help that the main door to the apartment is not noise insulated at all. We were woken several times by cleaners opening their cupboard, people visiting the property manager and parents seeking out the lovely children's toy cabinet. All this wouldn't be an issue if only the sound insulation at the main door was there.
