Not 100 yards from Kings Cross Station. Easy access to the tube and international trains! The rooms are cozy/smallish, but daily cleaning and linen changes. The staff was helpful with recommendations both near and far from the hotel; both touristy and local Events. You don’t have to spend a fortune on a hotel to be comfortable!

The hotel was clean and easily accessible (located in a convenient area for major sights in London). However, the beds were very narrow which meant you had to be careful when sleeping. In addition, there was no elevator, so we were placed in the basement. There was traffic, construction and general noise which was quite loud all through the night. You had to hand in your key each day. However, there was no requirement of proof when you picked up the key (even though there was constantly a different person working).

It was great for us to stay at the Crestfield Hotel. Its only 3 minutes walk from St Pancreas Kings Cross station with so many restaurant and the vibrant night/day life. Room was nice and clean and hosuekeeping was great. We plan to go back with our kids in 2026 and take the quadraple room for a week again.

I was really impressed with the property after a shaky start. Several times i tried to book directly with the hotel and the payment was declined so i had to go via Expedia to make the booking so they lost money with having to pay 3rd party fees. However, it was chosen as we had a very early Eurostar train and it's a very easy 4 min (approx ) walk to the Eurostar checkin and similar to the mainline station of Kings Cross and St Pancras. The room was clean and well designed to maximise space and let light in. It was cold during the night and my husband put his coat over me, but found a blanket in the morning! Staff were reasonably polite but didn't push themselves to be particularly welcoming. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment.

Easy checking and as the room became available I could get it earlier which was just great after a long flight. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for what I needed. Room is small but adequate for 1 night. Bathroom is tiny but very clean with a nice hot shower.

The only thing I liked was the convenience to the transportation. King's Cross/St. Pancras was just about 5min walk. There are stores around for things you need (Boots, M&S, lots of restaurants, etc.) The hotel though, was very small. I couldn't even open my luggage to get my stuff out. No lift as the hotel mentioned but it was really narrow for those stairs so good luck if you have huge (and more than one) luggage. The sheets were itchy I woke up with rashes one morning so I asked to change the sheets when I stepped out. The lady at that time gave me a disgusting look and just said okay. I knew the sheets weren't changed cos I had the same stains on them when I came back at night. I'm a very neat and organized person so apart from vacuuming and tidying up my bed, there's really nothing they needed to do and yet, my only request to change sheets was never done. I won't consider going back to this hotel for my upcoming trip to London again.

Crestfield has teensy singles with teensy full baths but the rooms are spotless, they put instant coffee, tea, cookies and mints in the rooms each day, and it’s very conveniently located within the transportation hub of Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Very clean & comfortable stay - rooms was very nice with very clean bathroom. We had a one night stopover. Staff on reception were very helpful. Ideal location to St Pancreas/Kings Cross stations. No lift so be prepared to carry your suitcases!
