it is an old building so to reach the 4th floor, you take the lift to floor 6 and walk through a narrow corridor and down 2 flights of stairs! Good news, they upgraded my room, which was free of charge, and the staff were very helpful. They provided a free copy service on their printer. I will likely stay there again. If you like breakfast, it is charged to your room. I had it twice, good.

Small but the right size rooms etc for a couple. Very clean. Great shower. Halfway between two tube stations but opposite the park. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Had everything we needed for two night. Gym was small and limited.

The property was very well maintained and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The AC worked extremely well. The breakfast had minimal offerings and the food quality was much less than expected.

The photo's must be of a model room, our room was as big as a camper, and I'm not kidding. The bed was not great, but not the worst I've slept on. I paid $185 on Expedia and had to extend one night for $250 in person, which is a lot for this small room without any free breakfast. Also, as an American, I'd appreciate some washcloths. The TV and Air Conditioning worked good, but the limited storage space had me stepping on my luggage. There is no place to sit, only the bed...

Nice place for our stay. It was a 10-12 min walk to the train stations. Pretty close to the bikes in the area. A lot of food options close by. Very close to Hyde park. The air conditioning and WiFi worked well. Our fridge had to be replaced since it wasn’t working but they promptly fixed the matter. There was one staff member wasn’t the most pleasant but other than that it was a good stay.

Looked better and different on the pictures!!
Dit hotel lijkt op de foto’s veelbelovend. Ik vermoed dat er een oud en nieuw gedeelte is en het er dus aan ligt in welk gedeelte je een kamer krijgt. Wij lagen in het oude gedeelte (achter de receptie). Het is piepklein, de lift lijkt bijna éénpersoons, de gangen zijn smaller dan mijn overloop thuis, met je reistas lastig doorheen te lopen. Als je enigszins allergieën hebt of astmatisch bent, ga hier dan niet heen. De schoonmaker gebruiken wierook, overal is vloerbedekking. Ik gebruik mijn pufje normaal 2 á 3x per week en heb m in dit hotel zo’n 6x per nacht moeten gebruiken omdat ik zo benauwd was. Ook zijn de airco’s enorm stoffig en hebben ze een mankement, namelijk dat ze een serieus hard bromgeluid maken elke 30 sec. Wij hebben daarom besloten om deze uit te laten, anders konden we echt niet slapen. Helaas had de kamer naast ons hem wel aan staan, waardoor we alsnog wakker lagen. Volgens mij verbleef er personeel in deze kamer naast ons, die de eerste nacht erg luid waren en tot één uur continu in en uit liepen met een knallende deur. Het is een heel gehorig hotel en de schoonmakers beginnen al vroeg met schoonmaken. Ondanks de geweldige locatie (naast Hyde park, hier hebben we elke dag gewandeld), zouden we hier vanwege de herrie airco en stoffigheid niet weer verblijven.

Lovely hotel, very clean & beautifully decorated. Staff are amazing. . We were kindly given a complimentary upgrade as we needed ground floor. Breakfast was lovely....plenty of choice. Excellent location...close to tube/bus stop, and Hyde/Kensington Parks. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
