Pretty good studio space with hob and oven , washing and drying , good bathroom, however it was pee in the toilet and hair when I arrived , so that tells me , the cleaning isn’t very thorough. Or maybe it was just my room? It’s good for a short stay- I would stay here again if I was in a pickle. Mainly stayed here for the location, and convenience of the washing and kitchen facilities.

Security and the staff were very rude and wanted to know very personal stuff made me come down in my pyjamas to collect my friend even though I was on the phone and said it was okay for them to come up and the security man was extremely rude to me to the point of. I made a complaint in the morning and I couldn’t sleep due to this.

We love The Cloisters and will stay every time we come to London. You can't beat the price and the location. Also we loved the fact each room has a kitchenette and laundry. And there is a Sainsburys a few steps away. This hotel is fantastic.

Great find in Chelsea neighborhood. Great for shopping or just walking the neighborhood. Love the concept of having a flat but in hotel setting. One note - on previous stats I guess I was in executive studio which is remodeled and sparkling clean. This trip I needed an early check in and got an older studio - footboard on bed was dirty, closets old and sticky. A bit depressing but did not affect my overall trip. Everything else great.
