"Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok. "

"We spent 7 nights in this resort. Very safe and tranquil place to stay. It’s like an oasis with all the greeneries, trees, mini pond, waterfall in the property. It has two pools and a gym. Gym has reasonable equipment to meet your exercise needs. Buffet breakfast has sufficient options. Property is a bit outdated and can benefit with some maintenance in some areas however not a deal breaker for us. "Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor "

"The Nap Patong is situated a two minute walk away from the main pulse of Patong Beach and its main hub. Staff at the Nap Patong were always welcoming every time my wife and I saw them during the day between coming and going into the Nap. It is quite easy to venture around the grounds that have been so thoughtfully landscaped. we will be returning to the Nap Patong on out next visit to Patong."

"We stayed here almost a week with our 17 months and we loved it here so much. Our room was oceanview so we got to see the spectacular NYE fireworks from our balcony. The room had so much space for my baby running around. Everyone on the property was incredible sweet and attentive. We also enjoyed our breakfast buffet and the pool a lot. Can't wait to come back next time"
