Lovely staff on reception, very helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms, beds mega comfy! Restaurant service bit of a let down, not enough room or staff but food was nice. Breakfast great value.

Uncleaned room when we checked in so had to be moved. Toilet didnt work in that one the cystern constantly made a noise and the flushing mechanism broke. Told cleaning staff but nothing done. Was told there was no eggs left half hour before the end of service as obviously the chef didnt want to cook anymore. Dirty stained rooms. Really disappointed

Constant ablebodied people coming to use the gym parked in disabled bays outside front door. So couldnt park my car on one night. When asked one of the people they just laughed and walked back to the fym Spoke to a manager but nothing gets done

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, Sally on reception went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There was an incident with another hotel guest being loud in the night outside, not the hotel's fault, it could happen anywhere. The guest was was dealt with quickly and efficiently plus we were given some free refreshments as a guesture of goodwill. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Booked in for a night whilst the other half went to a wedding and I stayed in the hotel with the little one. Quick check in and gave us late checkout at no cost and parking was free as it was the weekend. We used the pool in the morning which was clean and warm and the steam room was a nice addition. I was going to order food to the room that evening but didn’t, the cost was a little steep for me £20 for some fish pieces and sweet potato chips to your room. Room was large, and soda bed was made for the little one, bathroom clean with towels and the mattresses are comfortable. All in all a quick and pleasant stay with great staff.

Staff great apart from one bar man with a beard and ponytail dark hair, more interested serving his friends at one side io the bar than any other customer and flirting with girls. Management needs to speak with him i wasnt the only one to comment.

Smart and comfortable
Smart comfortable rooms. Good facilities with a bar/restaurant, Starbucks and gym. Friendly helpful staff. Only two downsides for me. The room didnt have air con, and there was too much traffic noise to have the window open. And there are often functions here with guests making a fair amounr of noise in the corridors late at night.

We went on vacation to Liverpool, and stay in Wirral, is far away from Liverpool but we use the train and walk (25 min walk). They didn’t clean our room while we were there.

It was a great stay. People were kind and the room was clean. There was no AC. I did not know that was something I needed to check in this larger hotel. Two fans were provided and we used them, but it was uncomfortably warm.
