"There are fleas in the room; I got bitten on my arms and legs. The A/C was not working the night before we were leaving. Housekeeping did not provide sufficient amenities. Overall, I will not stay there again."

"Very nice and clean room! There is a nice desk and work station with many plugs. Bed is huge and bathroom is clean and spacious. TMOT was a little cold the first night( but there is no heat you can turn on. Cleaning lady is extremely helpful and friendly. One of the receptionists knew little about the surrounding. "

"Stayed here as my son was finishing up at Tsinghua University and I was helping him move back to the states. Can not get more convenient to the University. The building is dated but they keep it clean and the staff is great. "
