"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. "It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"This is THE hotel to stay at, if you have an early flight out of Term 2 or 3. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you stay in the "outer" hotels you have other expenses, and the hassle/ uncertainty/ wasted time of getting from or to your hotel Hotel itself: First class. Good in house restaurant. Rooftop cocktail bar. Morning buffet- wide choice, good food. Ignore Expedia's confusing breakfast "options"- The less expensive one gives you everything. If arriving at airport by car, the hotel has its own entrance- don't pay for the terminal drop off. Easy walk, not out in the elements, to/ from tube station in Term 2. I imagine Terminal 5 also has a very close hotel... but I'd still stay at Hilton Garden. Take care to get RIGHT "Hilton" "at" Heathrow. You want the one AT to Terminal 2/3. "Hilton Garden Inn""

"Very good price and hotel is excellent as just a short distance from Heathrow. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. I booked an accessible room and it was fine for a solo traveller albeit bathroom set for someone not fully mobile. Food was good in hotel and bar area is clean and comfortable. Definitely stay again. "
