"Memmo Alfama is a beautiful boutique hotel well located to explore the city. Staff are exceptional, available work local recommendations and information. Breakfast was excellent, maybe a touch overpriced, but for convenience and quality it was still very good. The main feature of Memmo is the amazing outside terrace overlooking the Tagus and cruise ships. It was a great place to start or finish the evening with a glass of wine. Highly recommend. "

"The Hotel Lisboa Plaza is a nice quaint hotel in a quiet side street, close to amenities and a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. "Lovely location staff was very helpful, but the rooms are dated and need remodeling. Our AC went out every day and night in all three rooms. We had a two bedroom unit. We couldn’t get the washer dryer to work we could not open the safe and some of the lights were out. Our kitchenette Had no paper towels or dish towel or pot holders. No directions on how to operate the coffee maker, which was an unusual one or the washer dryer Staff tried to help us and were very pleasant. Beautiful view...
