Great hotel
Had a great overnight stay. Room was quite large and very comfortable. Had a fan in the room which was really good (and needed as it was very warm when we stayed). Breakfast was very good - great choice of cereals, toast and a cooked breakfast. Good juice and tea and coffee.

Had a great, relaxed stay for a couple of nights. The room was spacious with super comfy bed. Fantastic to have full ironing board and iron in the room. Good WiFi connection was a boon as I had to work for a couple of hours. My party checked in very late at just before midnight and had a lovely, warm welcome. Breakfast was a very good offering in an airy, large room. There is an outside terrace and on sight restaurant, though we only had breakfast. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. There is ample free parking which offset the need for a Uber into Leeds (£7 in at midday and £16 returning in the evening). This is a family business and I’m pleased to have supported it. I would say that the bathrooms are probably in need of an update and this is where housekeeping needs to pay more attention to maintain high standards. Definitely would be happy to stay again.
