Long waits at the bar to order even though there was enough staff. Ordered a steak, waitress was poor then had to go up to get a steak knife."

"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate 1 child who is 5 year old , and has autism. They gave us a upgraded room, so it was quiet. Staff were so pleasant to speak with and service was fast. The manager was like all staff very polite, and helpful. Our child screams constantly due to Autism, and staff were patient and helped all the time Definitely recommend for families. I am SM stayed room 602 in 4th till 5th Jan 2025 "
