"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."

"We first stayed here as the Bella Lui Hotel but it is now run by a youth hostel organisation. It has lost the charm of the private hotel and is now, because it is a hostel, more functional. The period furniture and ornaments have been replaced by standard facilities. However, the staff are very helpful and location is the key - within walking distance of Crans centre with some amazing views. But the breakfast is the big disappointment. "First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again."

"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "
