"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Lovely room, much bigger and nicer than we had expected. Cleaning only every 7 days - we were there for 5 nights and a change of towels/bins emptied in that time would have been nice, but not the end of the world. Great pool and central location. Hope to return!"

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "

"All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They couldn't do enough for you, which makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless you cannot fault it. The rooms were spacious and bright. Cleaned daily with changed towels. All the Pools were amazing. The restaurant had a large choice of lovely food, it was also spacious and clean. The walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops was less a than 10 minute walk. We had a late flight home and check out is 12pm, we managed to keep our room until later on in the day which was at a reasonable cost of 35 euros. Public transport great the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Taxi to the hotel from the airport when we arrived was around 30 euros. Same amount going back on day of departure. We loved every minute of our stay there and we will definitely be back."

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied."
