"I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. "Beautiful room, lovely service, the restaurant had halal options and the wings were amazing. Sulaiman tended to all our needs and was great. The hotel is right next to the tube station and bus stops so easy to get everywhere. The only thing is the aircon is max 26 degrees and kept turning off so was a bit cold during the night and our room was next to some train tracks so a little noisy but would definitely stay here again if I’m in west London."

"On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. OK, probably would not stay again unless no option

"Staff were really nice and helpful, plenty of space to park. The bed was broken and squeaked, the mattresses were past their prime and the bed lining was stained. Continental breakfast was over priced for what it was (£23 for two continental breakfasts) Room was large, breakfast moved fairly quickly considering how many people were there and they staff topped everything up quickly. We stayed to watch a show at Wembley arena, it was a 5 min walk, so it's did it's job. Probably would not stay again due to the condition of the beds. It would be so easy for the hotel to improve everything, just replace the beds and mattresses. As we went down for breakfast a guest was complaining about the condition of their bed."
