"It’s not near the down area, but it’s quiet and nice location, bus only 2 minutes away. And the train need to walk about 10 minutes. But there’s small kitchen inside so you could cook by your own too. "

"Long time for check in but staff hurried up the process. Room had only 1 towel and no cups was told we needed to request ahead of time. During us leaving housekeeping barged in without knocking. Except for the nuances the staff was very accommodating and the hotel was close to the main train station."

"The hotel staff was great. The daily cleaning was a joke. The beds were poorly made and nobody emptied the garbage cans for 3 days. The bathroom was not cleaned after room service. I was very confused by the daily room service. Not sure what the standards are. I booked 3 rooms and all of them had the same poor daily room cleaning service. "

We found the hotel on the pricier side, but that could be due to the time of year. We enjoyed the walkability to Vienna's attractions and Christmas markets. "Hotel Maximillian met my expectations. The sauna was great, although no lockers. The hotel was modern and rooms clean. However there’s no closet to hang clothes. The bathroom door was heavy to open, needed a door stopper to leave it open. There are restaurants near hotel and train station is 5 minute walking distance. Trolley stop is 5 minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially MaryAnn. Overall, I was happy with this hotel. "
