"Was unable to stay at property because despite having an Expedia booking confirmation code, property did not honor same on the basis that they did not have the room available and due to Expedia mix up they were unable to honor the booking. Was advised that due to the Expedia error I would not have been charged as my credit card was merely to hold the room and I could pay later, but I was still charged the full rate and did not receive a refund.
