"Manager Victoria and Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant before, during and after our visit. All of the staff were friendly, professional. The property was beautiful, intimate, clean. The amenities were also very nice. The bartender made lovely and tasty concoctions. An intimate place for a quiet or couples retreat. Great for wellness retreat too. Beautiful all around."

"I always stay here, and it never disappoints. Although construction in La Valeta is constant, it seems much quieter on the premises. It is always well-kept and has excellent activities; I can't recommend it enough. The only minor negative is the $4 charge per coffee pod in the room. At $150 a night, it is a little egregious, but you can walk to the restaurant and get it cheaper. "

"We traveled to Tulum for a weekend trip to stay 2 nights and attend a concert at Zamna. We chose to stay at the Majaro hotel after viewing pictures online and seeing its cutesy and demure ambiance. The hotel did not disappoint. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. They accommodated us when we requested a later check out by 30 minutes. There is also a market and coffee shop across the street for essentials. "
