Independent, Kyushu and Okinawa hotels

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...

"Room size was ok for 3, location is a short walk to Hakata Station. Breakfast was ok, ramen was good and sashimi was fresh. Toilets are clean and big. Decent fitness gym."

"It lacks good wall insulation. Unfortunately there was a loud customer for a few days next door and I had a few sleepless nights. However upon request the staff is quick to ask the customer to stay quiet. Cleaning crew wasn’t thorough with changing towels or cups and vacuuming floor, particularly around the new year holiday. In general it was a nice stay at a great location. I was wonderfully surprised with the VIP upgrade and vouchers."
