"The hotel service was good. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay (just okay). I really liked the availability of bicycle rentals. My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. "The breakfast was amazing, and the children's facilities were excellent. It's an old hotel, and far from Naha, but a really nice place to stay. "

"We booked this hotel as we love the hot spring and ramen provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and the room seems not very clean. We got 2 adults and a 12-year old girl. We booked the club level room which is a bit bigger. I ended up sleeping with my daughter in one bed, which is bit cramp and the hotel cannot add one more bed. Hot spring is ok but not very big. Sometimes run out of locker and we need to wait. Maybe the crowd is due to the new year holiday peak."

"The property was a very grand resort. Our room had a beautiful view and there was a large pool and beach area to walk around. Many shops and places to eat on the resort as well. It’s a little difficult to get to since it’s set next to the ocean so you do need a car to get here as I’m not sure about shuttle services. Staff was friendly and kind. Beautiful stay overall!"
