"We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel...

"The hotel location is great, close to the beach and airport. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good with many options. The rooms are clean, however the furnitures need some upgrading. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy (needs new one). Otherwise, the hotel was reasonable for the price we paid for."
