"We have stayed at Hard Rock for a number of years., We are in our 70s now and find your access to the pool area becoming impossible for us to manage the steps. Hundreds of people go to the pool area. And there is a door on that level but behind that door is a gym. I have only ever seen max 3-4 people there at a time. Older people need access through those Gyn doors. 16 steps is just too many yo go up and down maybe 2_3 times a day maybe more. "

"This hotel is a great find, it’s on the beach and very conveniently located in the centre of Kuta and right next door to a big shopping mall. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has great facilities, albeit the pool could do with a tidy up and good clean. We are in the steak restaurant which was really good and the breakfast selection is one of the best I’ve seen in terms of variation and quality. We only stayed one night before our flight but wish we’d stayed longer. "

"This was our first visit to Bali and we absolutely will return to Bintang!! Slightly out of the main drag yet still ridiculously close to everything. We loved Bintang because of the beautiful gardens and surroundings. It was always quiet. We visited a few other 5 star resorts looking around and still they had nothing close on Bintang. All facilities were lovely and clean. No matter what area you visited The room service team were absolutely delightful!! My children absolutely loved the daily hand written message and writing back. The pen pal aspect was really the winner for us. The daily breakfast was delicious. The pool was the perfect temperature. The daily bingo at the bar hysterically funny. I thoroughly loved the staff who were more than welcoming, loved to share in our families fun and funny moments. Our room was a beautiful. The food excellent. Hygiene 10/10 ***Great for families managing serious food allergies. We felt well understood and safe. "
