"Absolutely loved the apartment like style to this hotel. Was able to comfortably fit 4 adults. Self check in/out and services were very prompt and easy to understand. Only blip was the inability to transport luggage directly to hotel due to no staff available to receive luggage. Sister hotel which was a very easy short walk was able to receive the luggage for us, however the from and to (Kyoto hotel to respective Osaka hotel) took a lot of time due to miscommunication with phone calls or...

"E-Stay Namba is an excellent choice for staying in Osaka! Its location is perfect, with countless shops, restaurants, train stations, and attractions nearby. The staff was accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time. The property itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the guest lounge on the ground floor, complete with seating and a toilet for added convenience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka!"

"The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."

"right at the door step of USJ and the train station, very good. room was clean and large size, necessary amenities also provided. the only negative thing was the free wifi was very slow, speed was only 0.62mbps, couldn't even stream videos like youtube/disney. hotel inserted a note in the room stating there's a malfunction in their system. that's my complaint. "

"I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town."
