"Absolutely a stunning hotel, with beautiful interiors and exceptional service. I was looking forward to jogging to the nearby park, but the surrounding neighborhood felt quite rundown, almost like jogging around a dump, which was disappointing."

"Excellent two bedroom apartments with security outside in a nice area. We were able to walk to the patronas towers, central market , the pavillion etc which was about 20 minutes walking. "

"Wonderful Birthday Stay! Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
