The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Celebrated my birthday here and we were greeted with a lovely complimentary deco by the hotel. Kids friendly property. My son loves it so much. Love that we have this in the middle of the city. Walkable to monorail station. Satisfied breakfast selection. Spacious room and bathroom including bath tub and bidet. Downside is room facing kl tower will have problem sleeping due to the very loud noise at night because of the rempits."
