"A really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent room, brilliant swimming pool and very close to the KL Tower. In addition the shower was great and instant hot water. When checking in we were not told what the breakfast options were and where to go so that would be helpful but other than that I would definitely stay here again "

"Most staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with our room and the cold water wouldnt work. Staff managed to quickly sort out a new room, however as we were moving rooms the safe stopped working and took over 30 mins for the engineer to come and sort. There is a buggy service provided to take you from and to Suria KLCC mall, however we were dissappinted as when there is slight rain the buggy service is stopped and resumes 15 mins after any bit of rain. "A/C remote control only works for on/off. Somehow they set the temperature, so you have to tell the management to adjust the temperature if it’s too hot/cold. Oven, electric pot, didn’t work. No hot shower. Colder than “warm”. Also, building B units don’t have laundry washer even though it is indicated as amenity. No coin laundry nearby. Rooms is Building A that are managed by a different company seem to have washer installed in each room. M"
