"Most staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with our room and the cold water wouldnt work. Staff managed to quickly sort out a new room, however as we were moving rooms the safe stopped working and took over 30 mins for the engineer to come and sort. There is a buggy service provided to take you from and to Suria KLCC mall, however we were dissappinted as when there is slight rain the buggy service is stopped and resumes 15 mins after any bit of rain.
