"I am so happy to have found this hotel again. The area is amazing, the hotel is cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They do however, need to update the hotel information. They no longer have rooms with bathtubs. This is a minor point to an overall amazing stay. "

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel is a bit tired but OK. Nice garden area. Only downside is lack of elevators, I had fifth floor room which was a trudge to get to. Overall very good value for money. "

"I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites."
