"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"I booked this hotel because it was very close to Gimpo Airport and it was my first time in Seoul so I needed to just get a good night sleep at a clean and affordable hotel and it was very clean and cozy. Loved the bathroom and bedroom had enough space to recharge. I was travelling from Osaka and needed to do my Laundry and this hotel had a nice Laundry and was able to have a full case of clean clothes I was unable to do in Japan so thank you for offering this service. "Everything was fine but no laundry machines inside of hotel, be aware of if you have some laundry for yourself or your family. there were one coin laundry near the hotel but only 3 washing machine and 1 dryer machine works"

"The property is in a nice safe and quiet area. The staff was incredibly cordial and polite. There is a 7-11 convenience store attached directly to the hotel on the first floor so anything you are missing you can easily get at any hour. Just overall an incredible place to stay in the Wonheung area. Extremely close to the subway as well."

"It was a very nice place. The only issue for me was the location because it’s not really a regular hotel there was no food available and it was too far to walk to anything. Otherwise, it was a ver nice place and the staff were friendly and helpful."
