"Nice facility and staff, decent hygiene but there were some shortcomings (e.g. hair inside a washed and packaged bathrobe, missed surface during cleaning, dirty shower curtain). The location is quite noisy. The noise, lack of any special facilities(pool, spa etc), and the level of hygiene could have been overlooked only if the price was lower. "

"Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these."

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"This hotel is within walking distance of two Seoul metro stations, and yet within a park and is surrounded by walking trails and many excellent restaurants.Anyang is a 10 minute taxi ride from the main line between Busan Seoul.i had a small functional room."
