"Stylish hotel, it shows a bit of wear and tear but still very nice and classy. Unfortunately the sauna and bathhouse were closed - which is for us the most important feature in each hotel we go to. Pool is open only at certain times. "

"Everything is very good for us include front staffs are very kind. We would like to choose again if we have a chance to visit Korea. Especially morning breakfast menu was very satisfied to us and the lady prepare breakfast is very wonderful person."

"It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking."

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"
