"Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was it not being near any subway stations. They did have a shuttle bus though. So that was good."

"The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Everland and surrounding area."
