"Hotel is a few minutes walk from subway station that is 2 stations from Sendai Station. It is walkable from endless shopping, restaurants, and bars. Sendai City Museum and Sendai Castle is a couple miles walk if you are ambitious enough. 7 11 is right around the corner. Hotel is smaller room of course. Larger lobby area. Has AC that can freeze you to ice in August. It is a nice no frills clean reasonably priced hotel. Be aware the chain has a couple of hotels in the area so use street address...

"I stayed for here 1 night and found it to be a good option for budget travel. Very clean and quiet with excellent shared hygiene facilities. The floors are gender segregated for safety and the sleeping areas are very quiet . This was my first experience of a true "capsule" hotel and it was very novel to sleep in something that looked like Star Trek. There are plenty of dining options nearby . "the stay came with breakfast and dinner every day. and really good breakfast and dinner too. breakfast was paired with tea service on the way to the dining area. dinner was paired with free chocolate and sparkling wine. the hot springs were amazing. private onsen available too. friendly staff. surprisingly easy to get to."

"It was very nice property but there only one onset facility except for the foot bath that was not covered and small… and the property only had one lounge area which serviced some rings & snacks but the lounge was too small for the amount of guess. Pause our room was in the 4th floor & stomping foot sound echoed all night "

"Overall the property is nice, but could use a re-fresh and some renovation. Everything appears to be a little dated in the common areas (couches, carpet, rugs, etc) The staff is incredibly friendly, polite and helpful and the best part of the stay."

"I’m very disappointed about the fact that the hotel does not have the courtesy to provide 1 or 2 hr of late check-out : They charge ¥1,000/hr/person!!! If it’s a weekend, i can understand, but it’s a quiet Monday! I’ve been to dozens of hotels in Japan and worldwide, first time I encountered this. Of course, they’re not ethically wrong or anything; but as a service provider, i will not choose or recommend to anyone."

"Nice place to stay overnight if you have something to do in Izumi. Next door is a good sushi restroom with excellent value. Close to the highway. Bathroom didn’t have good air ventilation and smelt funny from the start. Only negative thing though. Would star her again for the the price"

"The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were always very friendly, and the housekeeping lady was also nice—I requested not to have my room tidied for two days, and every day she left a bag of new towels for me, I’m very thankful for that."

"The building is very old and smells bad. The room was a smoking room before they made it non-smoking. It smelled. The bathroom was old but clean. The window was sanded glass so it was not possible to check the weather from the room, one had to go outside to check it. The lack of coin laundry is definitely a negative. The stuff is very friend and helpful!"

Convenient Hotel near JR Sendai Station

"The hotel was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the JR station, although if one is new to Sendai, it could be a bit hard to find since it's not on a main road. It was however very convenient to access the Sendai subway and buses, as well as shopping and dining options in the area. The hotel seems to be recently renovated as the interior was well furnished. There is a self-check in requirement which is a bit new for me, but otherwise it was smooth. My room was well-equipped and was comfortable. It was fairly standard for Japanese accommodations so I don't have any complaints. The wifi worked well and I enjoyed a very pleasant night's sleep. There was no complimentary breakfast offered, but it was not a big deal for me. The luggage storage was also self-served and requires an IC card. There were instructions in English so it wasn't hard to figure out. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would consider again for future stays in Sendai. "

"The whole process, from communication before check-in to storing my luggage there after check-out, was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, signage was foreigner-friendly, and there was a great range of amenities and supplies provided. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only wish is for a lobby or public seating area for leisure aside from the hotel room, and perhaps a map and suggestions of things to do in Sendai."
