"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. The dinner and breakfast buffet was also great because they tried to serve local Sapporo/Hokkaido delicacies. Like, we were able to do our own gengiskhan lamb cooktop for our buffet dinner (which is only found mainly in Hokkaido). Negatives: it was so crowded! This is a big ryokan so there were tons of people checking in and...

"We were a group of friends that wanted a little getaway from the city of Sapporo to the onsen capital of Hokkaido in Noribetsu. We enjoyed our stay at the ryokan. The dining experience felt a little rushed at times but i understand we were a bigger group so there were some time constraints. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. Overall, a relaxing time to enjoy the hot springs."

"We booked a room with a private bath. I liked that the bath is ready when you arrive. Felt very luxurious. The staff were very hospitable. The dinner buffet was interesting. Lots of variety. "

"Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel. "

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."
