The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification. "Loved the most the layout, design and location of the resort. The lighthouse design was so cute and like nothing we have stayed in before. There were only a few rooms on the property which made it feel secluded and peaceful. With a restaurant and infinity pool just 5 steps away from our rooms we couldn’t have asked for a better stay on koh Tao. Staff were so kind and helpful. "

"Everything was great, except the noise. The road is so so noisy at all hours! So great except for this one thing. Breakfast of toast, fruit and biscuits was a nice surprise. And the service was great. Just consider staying off the main road if you value a quieter location! "
