"Property was okay for the price, it definitely needs a bit of an upgrade though. The beach in front of the property is really nice and is quiet, away from the super busy Sairee beach area but convenient for the pier. We hired a scooter from the hotel and this was in great condition and was very straightforward. Our air conditioning stopped working one night which made for a hot night, but this was fixed the following day. "

"Enjoyable hotel in a good location. The only complaint was a rooster waking us up at 6am which, given what can be described as a rather large hangover was not appreciated. Bring noise cancelling headphones. "

"To start with we opted for a twin room as we are mother and son but were told that they took a large booking for an event and have hired out the whole floor so we couldn’t have a twin for all 3 nights. So one of the nights we’d have to share a double bed (which had a nicer view in the end). The place is dirty and needs massively updating. The bathroom is gross.
