"I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay."

"Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. Easy check-out and great staff. "

"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. "Excellent stay! Convenient to food, shopping and connected to Yokohama Station. Super clean rooms with helpful and superb staff. Has a bakery in the lobby and a restaurant with a delicious Japanese breakfast. Supermarkets, food courts and convenience stores around the hotel. Will definitely stay again. A big plus is they offer storage and Yamato service for your luggage. They will even call a taxi for you if you need one. Love this hotel!"

"I had a problem on a key of my house. I live in Machida. I couldn't enter my house for 5 days. Shamefully, I had to commute from the hotel to my home every day for five days to unlock it. As a Machida resident, I had never dreamed of staying in a Machida hotel. However, when I looked for a hotel and stayed there, I was surprised to find that it was very close to the Machida station and that I could stay there for only about 5,000 yen. Well, I thought it was OK to use the hotel for a change of pace once in a while. It was very comfortable. "

Great stay in Machida!

"Excellent hotel service and stay. Room was big enough for two of us and two suitcases. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have an elongated toilet but I know it's tough with a small room. "

"For a a night or a few night stay it is sufficient. Staff are good but could be more attentive. I did stay 2 weeks so expected a lil more. All in all well priced and very clean. I used the laundry roo. Which worked well but they could clean the room better. Not cleaned in two weeks there. I would stay there again if back in Machida!!"
