"Great location at the front side of Nagoya Main station. Close to Station plaza, the department stores and the luxury store. Great service and quiet environment."

"We live our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and felt luxurious. Staff were great, and the hotels location was a ten minute walk from the main station and shops, yet it was still quiet and relaxed in the area around the hotel. And there were great food options located close-by. While we didn’t eat at the hotel we can attest that there coffee was excellent and we recommend making sure you get your morning coffee here"

"The room was OK, small size but enough for what it's used. We didn't have any problems and the staff were helpful. The bed was too firm, as it tends to be the case in most places in Japan. The pillow in the room was like a brick. Luckily you can go downstairs and choose a different pillow from some shelves, which we didn't find in other hotels. "Likes: Interesting breakfast with the option for in-room dining. Beautiful minimalist design. Good size rooms. Environmentally conscious. Friendly staff and service. Onsen. Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker. Dislikes: Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city). Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm. Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave. Maybe a special floor for young children...

"This hotel is located very close to Nagoya train station and connects to MEITETSU bus station making transportation easy and convenient. The hotel breakfast buffet has many choices and the made to order omelette station is excellent. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of an in room safe other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy. "
