"I have stayed in CitizenM hotels five times. I love the hotel chain. This one was great too. The rooms are small but made very efficiently, with very modern technology. The staff are very polite and pleasant. The hotel is close to Little Italy and Soho, and one can dine, shop, and do all the fun that NYC offers. "

"I thought the place was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the city, and without a doubt, it has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The breakfast, which costs $25, is definitely worth it for the wide variety of food they offer. I was surprised that it had a more European than American style, but it was still very enjoyable. The stay and the staff were wonderful, and without hesitation, I would return to this place."

"The staff and service for this hotel was truly amazing and made it stand out from other hotel experiences. They provided help with my luggage and always provided water bottles. The only downside to the room was the lack of space in the bathroom. It had no where to place things in the restroom to get ready. The location is great, we had many options to eat and drink around and felt safe. "
