"This was the third time we had stayed at the Aztec and we had a fantastic experience. I booked the stay for my wife’s birthday which included the additional access to the spa and a massage. We also booked dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. My wife has very specific dietary requirements and these were all catered for by the Aztec’s wonderful staff. A special thank you to Lucy who looked after our table for our evening meal. She had carefully picked out the dishes which my wife could eat and made suggestions. This personal touch really made our evening. Lucy also presented us with a selection of gluten free cakes after the meal as a little treat for Liz’s birthday, which we were both really taken aback by. So thank you Aztec for making it such a special weekend getaway. Lots of hotels do not pay attention to the little details - the Aztecs staff most definitely did. We will most definitely be returning."

"Had an amazing time "

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

"First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. It is so central to everything you need and beautifully situated on the water. The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone."

"Went here for a city break with my partner and oh was it perfect ! The hotel was situated perfectly for walking to all the sites, restaurants and shops . The staff were lovely and chatty and the hotel itself offered a slick finish very clean and quite fancy … definitely recommend as a perfect getaway!! . "

"Absolutely Wonderful Mollies is a very unique and incredibly designed venue that offers more value for money than like for like. The checkin process is swift and the reception area combines a chillout area, with free hot drinks and a small shop. The rooms are well designed with dyson, yes dyson accessories which is very unusual for the price range of the venue. Even 5* venues dont even have dyson accessories. So well done on the small detail. Very convenient location with the restaurant on the doorstep and Cribbs Causeway, the Mall. Recommendations Of course, probably the best in the area and well worth the money. Great WiFi, comfy beds and a super shower.
