"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "The Hotel Branka is lovely. The people running it are extremely nice and kind, and the welcome very genuine. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and as described in the details. "The facilities were much more satisfactory than I expected. I was also satisfied with the elevator, kitchen, and view. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. The pillow cover was fine, but the pillow itself should be washed in hot water or replaced with a new one. Room number 3612"

"I really needed a rest day on my Camino de Santiago, and the hotel was simple and perfect. Rooms are clean, oldies but goodies. At the bar-reception, Thiago was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a good, safe option, if you are not looking for luxuries but convenience. It's centrally located, blocks away from all the historic places, and close to all dining and bars in town."

"The hotel is in a great location, central to everything, but quiet nonetheless. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to find the slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste provided. The service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"
