Location location location! Can’t beat the area. Around a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping. Basic room, but it was big. Would definitely stay there again! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Nice room and great location in Bilbao close to the old town and the main shopping area. The only negative of the room was bathroom size in particular the shower which was small. However if i was in Bilbao again i would certainly consider staying here again.

Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel. Excellent place to stay and I would recommend it

My room was charming and had a very nice Flair. All receptionists were super friendly and attentive. The bathroom was not overall clean. If you have somebody in the next room talking, you understand every single word, so earplugs are recommended. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is surrounded by nice bars and Restaurants and as central as can be. I overall felt good and comfy at the casual Gurea. Thank you very much!

Great staff, excellent location but the bathroom,though new and well kept, was a an issue with the shower. Good pressure but the 1/3 plexiglass screen on the tub did a poor job of containing the water and the result was having to towel the floor.
