"Lovely 2 floors apartment, very comfortable and spars, so nicely decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there. The only lack is that the stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. The owner is nice and helpful, he offered us to send our luggage. He is always available for phone calls ( no WhatsApp). You can also reach him by mail."

"My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. The beds and sitting areas were very comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were very well maintained and easy to use. The air conditioning was great and plentiful in all of the rooms where we needed it. "We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"

"The staff made the trip. The hotel is in the old geisha neighborhood but within walkable distance of the other attractions : castle, gardens, samurai houses and fish market. Nothing was too much trouble for Mitsu and he helped with restaurants and directions. Kanazawa was great."

"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"Great hotel in a good location right next to shops etc. Super breakfasts. Free drinks (beer, wine etc) all day in the lobby a really unexpected surprise. Always helpful and polite staff. Couldn't really be faulted."
