"My Japanese Mother-In-Law, wife and daughter stayed at the hotel for one night. Through the food and morning buffet was good the room was not in good condition. They notice a rotten smell as well as the washroom was not cleaned very well. They actually changed rooms. Also the futon and bedding should be replaced. "

"When you first get there, it seems like it's a standard, up-to-standards Japanese business hotel. But...my request of having a corner and/or a room not in between two other active rooms was not honored. Then I got placed in a room next to the elevator. "The room was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom . Very spacious and clean front lobby for meeting with friends and relatives. Very close and convenient location to Yonago Airport . "I really liked the concept of this community house, which is not yet very common in Japan, as well as the location with easy access to the station, bus terminal, shops, and dining options. Although I did not try, the first floor of the guest house is a stylish restaurant. The only thing I wished they had provided was a little bedside lamp in the room. I will definitely use it again."

"Although it was a capsule hotel, it was very comfortable. If you are going to keep things in the fridge and it disappears, it’s most likely the staff is holding onto it if you are bringing luggage it’s a better hotel if you only have one piece of luggage. "

"This was our second stay at a Toyoko property in Japan. Rooms were super clean, great amenities from laundry machines to baggage storage and just a short walk to the train station. The best part was the wonderful Japanese breakfast! Lots of variety and very yummy food to fuel up for a day of sightseeing in Matsue. A very comfortable stay."
