"It was clean and spacious. The pans for cooking didn’t have any scratches. The bathroom had many great amenities including a big soaking tub and a shower with a rainfall type spout. Also, location was excellent, right next to longs drugs and close to the major outdoor malls."

"Great staff, although check in lines and times were long. But staff was gracious, helpful and very patient. Highly commendable. Rooms were clean and beautiful. I was there for a convention and everything was great."
"The Prince Waikiki was a great hotel to stay in, point blank. My stay involved me, my husband and almost 2 year old toddler. Due to unexpected circumstances I had to frantically find a new hotel to spend the last half of our stay in Oahu. When I called Prince Waikiki 10 days prior to arrival, they were able to reserve a crib for me. I didn't believe them until we got there and housekeeping brought up the crib for us after we checked in! All staff was lovely to us and spoke to my toddler with joy. Whenever we needed something, the answer was found and the issue dealt with immediately. Our view from our room was the dock and the beautiful ocean, so our toddler enjoyed watching the boats leave and arrive. The hotel was a 6 minute drive from Ala Moana park/beach and 20 minutes from the airport. I couldn't hear my neighbors next door or people walking by the door. We didn't get a chance to eat at their restaurants but from the outside they look delicious. If I ever return to Honolulu, I would absolutely stay here again!"
"Enjoyed our 25th anniversary at your property. Everything was great!! Only thing I would recommend would be more seating at the infinity pool. Lots of seats with towels and nobody using them for hours. There has to be a better way. "
