"This is my go to hotel when I am in Hawaii. 4th time this year for business and 3 of the 4 times were at this hotel. Love the location, amenities, and staff. Especially Mel from the housekeeping team. Took great care of us and always provided a friendly smile and making sure we were taken care of while staying there. "We liked the Grand Islander apartment - it was spacious, new and fairly clean. Service at front desk was decent, and housekeeping was also good. However, when we arrived with a lot of luggage there was no help offer from the bell desk. Also, service at the towel collection at Paradise Pool and Super Pool lacked any smiles.
