"Bed and room was comfortable! We had an amazing view from our room on the 23rd floor. Check in process used computer terminal with English option, so very easy. Loved the convenience of having Lawsons on second floor. "

"Amazing location, right next to Kinschico station. It was really easy to navigate. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were more than accommodating. They were so nice and thoughtful. "

"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."

"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "

"Amazing hotel for families, couples and even individual stays. We have 2 young children, who enjoyed their stays as much as we did. Very close to Shiomi stn, amazing breakfest buffet and very relaxing and clean baths that is open late for you to relax after fun filled day exploring all of Tokyo. We will definitely be recommending our friends that plans to visit Tokyo and we will undoutedly will return to this hotel. "
