"Everything was perfect especially the crews. They were always ready to offer their help. The breakfast was a set instead of a buffet but the variety was wide enough and it covered almost everything. No complaints. The only thing they can improve was the differences between the breakfast on the 1st and 2nd day. The breakfast was a bit cold on the 2nd day. Also, we were brought to another room for breakfast because the main room was full and the room was a bit stuffy. The staff seemed not too...

"A very good hotel with friendly service staff. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time. "I only stayed for 1 night and wish I booked longer! The staff was very kind and understanding when we arrived late to check-in. The property was nicely maintained, all public areas new and clean, and the public bath amazing! We slept soundly in comfortable beds and enjoyed a spacious and clean bathroom. 10/10!"

"The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall."

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Amazing stay. The entire family down to my toddler absolutely loved their stay. Room was tastefully designed and extrmeely comfortable. Kids play room was a must visit daily. Breakfast waa a sumptuous spread. "

"Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kamui as a couple. We rented the one bedroom apartment condo with kitchen, the room is very spacious and we were able to relax in the living room after snowboarding. The condo is 2-3 mins drive to Annupuri and 15-20 mins to Hirafu. Will definitely come back again in the future!"

"We booked this hotel for our honeymoon without much research. It was perfect as it was ski in, ski out and right in the centre of town. We went beginning do December which was great for us as you didn’t need to book restaurants and the slopes were quite. However a lot of the runs were just opening or not opened. The only downfall is because some of the rooms are apartments there were a lot of family’s staying so it was pretty noisy at times. "

Nice stay

"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."
