We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki.
If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it.
We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel.

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
"Beautiful rooms and scenery of the nature. The unit had a washer & dryer which was super convenient. The property manager was very easy to communicate with he/she messaged through WhatsApp. My only negative review is the location, it’s off road into the nature for a good minute, in which a lot of them are. The off road path made it inconvenient to leave to go to the store. "

"If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat.
The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge checked in daily, was super helpful in booking taxis and ATVs, and offered suggestions for other things to do. This was helpful since the seaweed was in full effect, but it didn't take away from the stay or the trip. It was still beautiful, could go in the ocean and lay on the beach beds. Don't let that stop you from booking!"
